Evidence-based, restorative care.

A school-led, online program for students involved in online harm. It includes guided modules for students and parallel learning for parents, delivered online but designed for real-world repair. It helps schools move from punishment to accountability and rebuild trust fast.

Delivering Change

Each team member brings decades of lived, researched, and real-world expertise. They’ve witnessed firsthand the cost of digital harm on children, classrooms, and companies.  They’re here to act, with clarity, empathy, and authority.

This isn't a panel. It's your front line.

The Framework

Built by the Ctrl+Shft Coalition, this framework shifts the focus from punishment to encouraging ethical choices, supporting internal motivation, and fostering a sense of connection between parents and schools. It promotes problem-solving together to help students build emotional regulation and resilience.

Who was hurt? What was the impact? How we can reinforce pro-social behaviours that lean to kindness and regulation.

How to get started

We’ve made it simple to get started - and easy to keep going
1

Invite Your Leaders

Each School signs-up and begins by inviting the leaders they wish to facilitate reform. New leaders can be invited as needed at anytime.

2

Leader Response

Our Quick Start Scenario video will walk you through how to deal with incidents - guiding your teams to ensure you are ready - no matter what the problem might be.

3

Activate Courses

Leaders allocate Student modules as most appropriate to the situation.  A Parent module on each subject is also available, if required.

4

Collaborative Review

Throughout and at the end of the process - teachers, parents and students can collaborate - helping to foster connection over control in these relationships.

5

Pathway to Reform

The process of reform rather than punishment moves from external motivators to intrinsic motivation.  The impact is a sense of agency over choices and problems.

“Kids make mistakes. Punitive measures like suspension rarely create the 'insight shift' for the perpetrator. Thats why we created Digital Ethics, a world leading restorative care practice tackling serious online misconduct in a meaningful and evidence-based way
